Living Daily in the Atmosphere of Christ’s Love
“Resting comfortably in the warmth of His love every day.”
In today's devotional from Days of Heaven, I'm gently reminded of the different "atmospheres" that can shape our daily lives. Some people immerse themselves in deep thoughts and intellectual pursuits, finding meaning in ideas and reflection. Others chase the fleeting comforts of pleasure, hoping satisfaction will finally stay within reach. Still others spend their days bound by duty and obligation, faithful yet missing the joy and freedom Christ offers.
Yet, Christ lovingly invites us into an entirely different way of living—a vibrant atmosphere saturated with His love. It's not about striving to earn approval or wrestling with fears and uncertainties. Instead, it's about peacefully dwelling in the warmth and acceptance of His love, just as He Himself rests in the Father's affection. To "remain in His love" is to experience freedom, security, and joy, knowing we are forever held in His compassionate embrace.
Journal Entry In the Holy Spirit’s Voice – Scripture:
My beloved child, you are infinitely precious to Me. Long before you knew Me, I had already embraced you with an everlasting love, gently drawing you close to Myself. There is nothing—absolutely nothing—in heaven or earth that can separate you from the tenderness of My affection. Do not fear or feel unsure, for My perfect love always drives away fear, leaving no room for doubt or anxiety in our relationship.
Stay close to Me, resting comfortably in My love, just as I live continually in the love of the Father. Remember, I've poured My love generously into your heart, flooding you with warmth, comfort, and confidence through My presence within you. Let My love become the heartbeat behind everything you do, the quiet strength that flows through your relationships, bringing peace and unity to your life.
As you remain in My love, your heart will overflow with joy—the deep, lasting joy that comes from knowing you are completely accepted, forever cherished, and constantly delighted in. My love will gently shape you, guiding you effortlessly into a life filled with purpose, beauty, and grace. Let this reality become your daily atmosphere, beloved; live freely and abundantly in My endless love for you.

My Prayer:
Father, thank You for the incredible gift of Your unchanging love. I praise You that You have created a way for me to rest confidently and securely in Your constant affection. Today, I celebrate Your generosity in filling my life with the atmosphere of Your grace and acceptance. Because of You, I don't have to strive or wrestle with fears. Instead, I rest comfortably, joyfully, and gratefully in Your presence. Thank You, Lord Jesus, for making Your love the beautiful reality that guides every moment of my life. In Your precious name, Amen.
